  • We believe that every event is unique, and the menu should be tailored to fit the specific needs and atmosphere of your occasion. Not every menu item works well for every type of event, and factors such as the size of your guest list, the venue, the season, dietary preferences, and the style of service all play a role in crafting the perfect menu.

    Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all list, we prefer to get some additional details to understand your event. This allows us to recommend a menu that will not only complement the theme and logistics of your event but also ensure your guests have the best possible experience.

  • Our pricing structure is unique compared to most catering services. We don’t charge additional service fees, delivery fees, or mandatory gratuities—everything is included in the total cost, except for applicable state and local taxes, which vary by location.

    Because of our dynamic, no-fee pricing model, the per-person or total cost will depend on the size of your guest count. Once we know the details of your event—such as the style of service and estimated headcount—we can provide the appropriate menu and pricing.

    For reference, we typically have a $750 minimum for drop-off delivery services and a $1,000 minimum for full-service catering. However, if you’re working with a different budget, don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re sometimes able to offer flexibility based on factors like the day of the week or our current booking schedule.

  • Our drop-off catering is designed for convenience and simplicity. The food is packaged in premium disposable servingware, complete with serving utensils for all items. Once we deliver and assist with the setup, the host takes over, and our team departs, leaving the food ready to serve.

    The menus are carefully crafted to be served cold or at room temperature, ensuring optimal food quality throughout your event. While we typically do not offer hot drop-off delivery due to safety and quality concerns, we can accommodate select small-scale requests. If you're interested in a hot drop-off, please provide additional details so we can determine if it’s feasible.

  • Full-service catering includes our team arriving before the event to set up food stations, staying throughout the event to maintain and replenish food areas, and handling the tear-down at the end. You can also add beverage service, premium disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery, as well as linen service, if you'd like us to provide these additional items.

    Additionally, we can outsource rental china and glassware if requested.

  • We do offer plated and served meals in select situations. However, plated service isn't suitable for all venues or events, so we’ll need more details before confirming if it’s a good fit for your event.

    We prioritize delivering the highest quality food, and we carefully consider the logistics of each event. In many cases, plated service can lead to a decline in food quality by the time it reaches your guests. We’ll work with you to ensure the best possible dining experience based on your event’s specific needs.

  • We are licensed to serve beer and wine but are unable to serve liquor. To offer our clients more variety, we often partner with Upland Brewery’s off-site catering team. They provide a wider selection of beverages at competitive pricing and are licensed to serve liquor.

    If you’d like, we can connect you directly with their team or handle the subcontracting on your behalf, allowing you to work with just one vendor.

  • As a boutique, hands-on, chef-owned and operated company, we’re often in the kitchen or on-site at events, which makes us unavailable for unscheduled phone calls. To ensure the quickest and most streamlined response, please use our Event Inquiry form or Contract Services Inquiry form.

We guarantee that we will not book any other events on your wedding day, ensuring our entire team is dedicated to flawless execution and an unforgettable experience.

  • At this time, we are unable to offer drop-off or pick-up catering services due to the distance between our home base and most event locations.
